The miniature pincher is a compact little dog that acts big for its size! The miniature pincher is a short coated terrier categorized as a toy dog by AKC grouping. Miniature pinchers made a great indoor pet, and should not regarded as an outdoor pet because of their size, short coat, and preference for being around people. The miniature pincher can make a great family pet but should be socialized around children as a puppy to ensure safety.
